01 Free Storage for Your Luggage if You Buy a Ticket?

02 What is the museum schedule?
Until 06/09/2026, our summer opening hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
03 What can I do with my carriage and suitcase?
You can leave your suitcase and carriage in our lockers. You can also do the visit with your carriage because we have an elevator.
04 What does the ticket include?
It includes some candy for a sensory activity and some anti-slippery socks that you get to keep.
05 Are the candies vegan/allergen free?
They are not vegan because they have animal fat. They are gluten and lactose free. If you have any specific allergy please let our team know before eating them.
06 Is the museum just for kids?
No, the museum can be enjoyed by every age demographic.
07 Do we do group activities?
Yes, we can organize visits for schools, summer camps, team buildings, birthday parties and we are open for specific requests in our email.
08 Can people with disabilities, pregnant people, people with epilepsy, etc still enjoy the museum?
Yes, most of it can be done without any issue, we have an elevator to accommodate mobility difficulties. For any specifics you can ask our staff and they will guide you about what are the difficulties you may face with our installations.
09 Can we take pictures?
Yes, you can take your own pictures. We also offer an official and exclusive museum picture to keep as a memory. Don't forget to post what you capture!
10 How long is the visit?
The visit is about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
11 Is advance booking required to visit the Museum of Senses?
We recommend buying your ticket online to reserve your time slot, especially during high season. Tickets can also be purchased at the reception upon entry to the museum, without prior reservation.
12 Are dogs and animals allowed in?
Only guide animals are allowed, if they are correctly accredited.
13 What time is the last entry to the museum?
Last entry to the museum is 1 hour before closing.
14 Until when will you be open?
We are a permanent museum.
